Oceanic operates an iDirect HUB on Asiasat 4 C-band. The coverage of our current service is shown on the PDF product guide. C-band satellite can tolerate heavy rain and ensure critical voice, video and internet services are not interrupted.

Oceanic provides a Service Level Agreement for operators who require business grade performance.

Our HUB is located in Hong Kong at the Asiasat teleport. All major carriers terminate at this datacentre including subsea cables and fibre termination from Europe and USA.

Hosting is possible at the datacentre and typically there are only 2-3 internet hops to the US and Europe.
