Oceanic Broadband may use the client’s information to observe our client’s requirements, to assist us in quality customer service. Oceanic Broadband may use this information to contact you about new products or services that would be in your interest. If the client objects to this information being used for the above purpose, Oceanic Broadband will cease using the information.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will Oceanic Broadband or any other third parties be liable to the client or any third parties for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, service interruptions from products and services provided under any agreement.

Quotes
Quote amounts are valid for 30 days and are subject to change after the 30 day period. If the client has provided insufficient or conflicting information it may change the price of the original quote. Details of any changes from the original quote will be supplied to the client, in writing before commencing services.
